THE MAIN HOUSE |
Built in two levels with car porch, kitchen, bathroom and double storey living-dining area and sit-out on one level, a loft bedroom, bathroom and Master bedroom in the upper floor, it can sleep 7 adults. |
ZINNIA GUEST HOUSE |
In the Ground Floor of the Annexe block, it has a sit-out, dining area cum living room, a bedroom and bathroom and can sleep 4 adults. |
DAHLIA GUEST HOUSE |
In the First Floor of the Annexe block, it has a sit-out, dining area cum living room, a bedroom and bathroom and can sleep 4 adults. |

| Kindly pay in advance the rent for the total number of days you are committed to stay plus an extra day's rent as Security Deposit (see below). |
| Only cash is acceptable on the spot unless you have booked ahead. |
| SECURITY DEPOSIT |
Kindly pay an extra day's rent as security deposit. This will be refunded to you in total providing no deductions for damages are liable. |
| CHECK IN |
You are requested to sign in with the dates of stay, name, no-of persons, address & contact mumbers in our visitors book by way of checking in. |
| CHECK OUT |
12 noon check-out. Before your check-out, kindly give us about 15 minutes for an inventry check. We apologise for the unintended offence. |
| SELF COOKING |
In THE MAIN HOUSE, you may opt to cook if you like. The facilities of Gas stove, Gas Cylinder, Mixie, Pressure cooker, Basic cooking vessels are available at a cost of Rs.500 per day |
| BREAKFAST LUNCH DINNER |
Meals can be arranged for you with about 5 hours notice. Tell the caretaker of the menu & quantity. Find the Menu in the last page. |
| TV : A Tata Sky TV connection in each cottage for your viewing pleasure. |
| Drinking water : Is provided (bubble can source) in each unit. |
| Linen : Blankets & Bed linen for each adult will be provided. Towels will be provided on request. |
| Housekeeping : A Tata Sky TV connection in each cottage for your viewing pleasure |
| Back-up power supply : A 1 KVA invertor has been provided for salient points in the main house. |

How to contact the Caretaker: 9345406446 The bell-push switch to the right of the Ground Floor toilet door (in the Main House) and to the right of the entrance doors (in Zinnia & Dahlia) will ring the buzzer in the caretaker's quarters, in the basement of the Main House.
